I think too often, seeing the BFN makes us not recognize and/or appreciate ourselves for all we put in towards a cycle. Personally, I know my husband couldn't do all of this crap lol!!
So, do something nice for YOU. Even if it is just writing a note to yourself about everything you did well this cycle.
Be proud of yourself. You have done everything you could do this month to make this happen. You should not beat yourself up. Hang in there....
I don't know your current plan of treatment but if you're on clomid this may be just the beginning for you - I once heard someone refer to clomid as the "baby asprin" of infertility meds. So I am telling you this because maybe if I would have known this when I was on clomid, I wouldn't have gotten so down when it didn't work.
I was on clomid for 4 months (3 with IUI) and my body was not responding for it. I, like you, was mad at my RE for not telling me that a lot of people don't respond to it and that I shouldn't get disappointed if it doesn't work b/c this is just the beginning. There is a lot more treatment available so don't feel like a failure if this one drug isn't working for you. You'll find one that does. :-) Hang in there...
