Hi! My sister recommended this site to me a few months ago because her and I both are struggling with IF. I've been quietly checking things out, responding to posts here and there but am ready to dive in and be part of the community you have all built :)
A little about me....I am almost 32, been married for almost 3 years to a wonderful man and we have an awesome 2 y/o Black Lab (she's my fur baby). We pulled the "goalie" a little over 2 years ago but quickly learned that there was something wrong with my cycle, so I began going to doctors, getting blood tests, ultrasounds, accupuncture, medication to start my period, then we moved onto checking swimmers, eggs, tubes, uterus and finally ended up on clomid. I've done 3 rounds, the first ended with a CP, the second was a negative and I am now in my TWW of my third.
I've been pretty up beat about my journey up to this point, but this past weekend of "trying" has definitely been a dose of reality. Short story is that my in laws are in town and my husband finally told them the full story of whats been going on and unfortunately he doesn't have a filter so they even know now that this weekend was when we had to "get busy". I am an open person but there are just some things a girl wants to keep private from her in laws, you know?
Anywho, I am looking forward to learning about all of your stories, struggles and triumphs.

I would be soooo embarrassed if my DH told his parents that we had to BD during their visit! But, I embarrass easy around my in laws.

I am the most private person EVER...if my husband ever told anyone we had to "get busy" I would absolutely die of embarrassment. You are a stronger lady than I am!!
Anyway, everyone here is great. I wouldn't have made it through the past few months without the support of the wonderful girls I've met on here. So welcome, and I hope you find all the support and friendship you need :)

We're glad you are a part of our group!
Although some days are harder than others, it makes it a bit easier knowing I have support and don't have to always bottle it up.
