Need some hope, my first transfer with a frozen 5dblastocyst failed this week (from a OHSS freeze all cycle)
I feel like I have no hope left, I have 2 embryos in the freezer and we can do one more cycle but I feel like it will never work, this blastocyst was perfect so why did it fail?
Anyone who can tell me of failed cycles followed by BFP's to help with my hope, I feel a bit like all is lost!!

I have had "perfect" embryos transferred and they hadn't worked either. In my own experience, don't look so much at "perfect". A friend of mine had two- as described by her RE- "raggity" embryos as a last ditch effort to get pregnant and they both ended up taking and she has twins. My RE doesn't even tell me the embryo ratings- he said it is insignificant. It's up to luck and chance sometimes.
One thing that is awesome is that you have some frozens- that's fantastic! My first IVF ended with BFN and none to freeze. A bit of advice- speak with your RE about getting antibody and blood clotting testing. I tested negative to both but my RE still put me on blood thinners at transfer. I took baby aspirin and heparin injections- continued until 12 weeks if I was pregnant. We did this because of how I was just having BFNs and chemical pregnancies. Also, I switched into having natural cycle FETs- not medicated. My lining was MUCH better at natural cycle vs. medicated. For one way or another- this was the only way I could get pregnant. My first natural FET with blood thinners resulted in my son and I went for another FET with the exact same protocol and I'm pregnant again. Keep on fighting!!! You'll get there!!!
