From what i have read, if your eggs are good quality then you still have chances. All this life style changes are on the hope of improving the quality of your eggs.
Keep you eye on the price and try to stay positive. Do you research and ask a lot of questions to your doctor. Some doctors (like mine) don't think these changes matter but my research proves the contrary. best of luck to you!
I did recently get the HSG test done, it took a few tries and the last was pretty painful but it got done. Over all it turned out good. There was some scar tissue by my cervix which caused the problems of inserting the catheter. The NP said that the scar tissues should not affect getting pregnant but could make doing IUI difficult so many have to do IVF. There was some scar tissue by one of my tubes but didnt appear to be obstructing as we could see the dye go through on the x-ray. With my history the NP would not take me into surgery at this time as she feels its open.
We have a follow-up appointment with the fertility doctor next week so am interested to see what he says. It appears the only problem is my AMH being low which I guess is good and bad. I will look into the vitamins Renata19 suggested as well. I have done some reading that Raspberry Leaf tea helps with cycles as well as Maca. Any one heard or have experience with this? Thanks again for the advice and will update soon.
