I had the same thing in all of my my Femara cycles. My RE said he hasn't had many women who had these problems but he found it to be hormonal as the reason - no other really good reason(after an expensive lap procedure where he found no polyps like he thought were causing the bleeding) and figured out the Femara was making me bleed. This last cycle, I had a period like normal, it stopped, then on about day 11, bleeding started and it lasted for 3 more weeks, even when I ovulated. He finally had to take me off Femara b/c I've been a bleeding mess the whole time. I'm now on Follistim which is helping stop the bleeding.

Hopefully your's isn't a Femara problem, but my RE thought at first it could be a polyp or something, so maybe check with your Re what he thinks. Good luck.
