This is so embarrassing i felt like i was a kid all over again.. I just woke and i wet the bed :( i havent wet the bed in yrs and i woke up shaking ... i spent the night at home last night and came back to school today i know i had a bad dream but its hard to remember because of my meds... I hate this :( now i feel like my dad is going to come teach me a lesson for peeing on the bed like he use to then he will give me a bath...WTF is wrong with me :'(

nothing is wrong with you but what happened to you was wrong. you can't help how your body physically responds to the wrong things that were done to you. your body is sending you a message - maybe there is something that is scaring you or someone triggered you recently? There is a reason that your body sent this message just now - what has recently happened? Also, there is a positive idea - maybe you are doing some healing. I have had some of my worst symptoms around the times I have been able to also feel like I was healing in some ways. My examples would probably trigger so I won't go into detail but have faith that you are probably being given a message by your body that you can use to heal in some way - think about what could have triggered it and what are your options now? And also remember that if at school you are safe then remind yourself you are no longer in a place where someone can hurt you. Hugs to you sweetie - I know you are going to keep getting stronger.

I went and slept a home last night being around my family and in the house could have triggered it :-/

I think Dragonfly says it all - and I wouldn't be surprised if your sleeping at home triggered it. In fact it sounds very likely. You need to feel safe (we all need to feel safe) and your 'home' is not safe. Listen to your body, it is speaking to you, it is trying to look after you.

From what you have been writing and revealing for some time, I would strongly encourage you to talk to a trusting therapist about the abuse which is going on in your home.
I know your family have succceeded in making you believe you have to look after them , stay loyal to them and remain silent
You deserve to be safe, have the clarity and serenity in order to pursue your studies at college.
Also, there may be other members in your family at risk of being abused and your abusers need to be stopped, to protect yourself and other potential victims.
Dissociation prevents us from feeling the pain but it also prevents us from realising we are being abused.You need some help outside your family to free you.
You are a beautiful creative person .Do not give the power anymore to your family to destroy you.Get the help you deserve.
