I have to wait for the sun to rise
Before I lay my head
For at night the monsters and demons
Like to crawl in my bed
I can wish and hope that they disappear
But how else will they get fed
They like to eat and suck my soul
As they leave me for dead
So now I lay awake in bed

Your poem was so powerful in it's imagery and also it underlying meaning is so insightful.....you have a gift my friend, and I am hoping that by expressing yourself as you are, you are moving closer to healing. I have written lines in the depth of my depression and now looking back at them, I realize how far I have been able to make it. Please keep writing, you will find it very cathartic. If you are seeing a therapist, please show him some of these lines as they so encapsulate what you are feeling about your process.
If you do not have a therapist, I would really encourage you to try and get some assistance in whatever form is comfortable and available to you.
You are appreciated here and should know that others are concerned and do care about your welfare.
Take care, keep venting on paper and see the treasures you produce - although revealing you are very depressed, they are wonderful ways to get some of the "poison" out of your system and do truly have value.
