This is a wonderful idea Dragonfly for it helps me stay the course of healing by remembering to seek balance in all things: tears and laughter; sorrow and joy; hatred and love; fear and courage....

Fish nibbling my nose as I drink from a stream
Bird pecking flies of my back
Birds not leaving their "blessings" on my back
