my sis is crying and hitting herself and it put me in a bad place i feel like back in those days when i was a kid and i'm hiding under the cover because i'm afraid the monster is coming to get me... :'(.Now i;m afraid to go to sleep

Why is she hitting herself.I used to do that.I remember why and is a horrible feeling.I wish both of peace inside.Its just horrible to feel that.i KNOW.

I do hope that you find a safe place. I know what fear is capable of. I use to be afraid of monsters under my bed or in the closet or even of the dark. But one night as fear tried to creep in again --- I decided I wasnt going to let it govern me or paralyse me any more. I got up, started talking out loud (which must of sounded and looked stupid) but I didnt anyway. I started talking to the fears and letting them know that I wasnt afraid and that they couldnt haunt me anymore or induce me to be afraid of them any more! I got up, walked over to the door, opened it and said "Now get out of my house and my life!" it worked for me....... maybe you could try it, who knows maybe it will for you?

Sorry to hear about your safety. But is it possible to have a safety plan in place in case something does happen. Do you have a way out?
Yeah, the kicking fear out of your house may work. I know that sometimes when you start talking out your fears it starts to minimize them. I use to let fear cower me til I couldnt move and I'd hold my breath.
