last night i got into an arguement with my daughter, and my mother who lives with us, decided to involve herself. it got rather heated and it brought out alot of emotions in me, so i let it out and it felt good, my mother started yelling at my daughter, just because of the narcissist she is, and then i unleashed first starting with the details of what happened to me, the first thing she said is, it did not happen., i said yes it did, and then i went into detail, i have told my mother before but she did not beleive anything that i said. acted like i was a liar. anyhow. my daughter who is 12 overheard, so i had to explain it to her. anyhow, i let out alot of emotions last night. in 5 minutes i let out the abuse, how i always felt like i did not belong, how i always wanted to ask for help but i felt ashamed of what happened, how i made alot of choices that i did even though i knew they were bad ones becuase i felt like i needed to be treated improperly, or bad, how i like being bullied and beaten by people and continued to hang around them cause i felt i deserved it. and all i got is you made those choices cause you were an asshole and for no other reason. that madce me feel lower than i already did, so thanks MOM for beleiving me and listening
