Reported it now I regret it I am scared. What if he gets away with it
Look, it's not in your power to control the outcome of the fact that you've reported. You did what you could. I know from my own experience that this is very, very hard to accept... but sometimes it's the reality.
Are you scared that you're in danger if he gets away with it? If so, look into shelters and contact an organisation that helps survivors (I heard good things about RAINN.org in the US) - they might be able to direct you to resources who can help you stay safe. Also let the police know (I know they're not always as helpful as they could and should be, but telling them you're scared can't hurt.)
I hope he doesn't get away, I really do.
