If the doctor has reason to believe you have been sexually abused, he/she is required to report it I think in every state. try not to worry. the pap is important - go through with that and remember to dream about a safe future. write about that sometime - imagine your safe place in the future and write as much about that safe place as you can. they say writing out what we want helps us attract it. Yes they will be able to tell. I am sorry to say that but it is true. I am so sorry to hear that you had this experience again. My heart truly goes out to you my dear. Whenever you have sex before a pap the can tell because of the bodily fluids or the lubricant from the condom (if one was used). There is also swelling that goes on in the vagina and the cervix, especially if you were forced.

I don't know but my gut says Crimson is correct. But you are a legal adult. A doctor must see evidence of sexual activity all the time during paps. The only reason for a doc to comment on it is if there is evidence of trauma i.e. R***P. (I know you don't like the word.) Some women like rough sex and the doc will know this too.
