My book Whole Again is in my journal. i will be leaving it there for several days for those who would like to read it. It is going on sale in one month but i want to share it with me DS friends before it i does. It is my way of saying thank you for so much support and help over the last couple of years.

I am in awe in front of such energy and determination it took you to accomplish that jewel.
I do not know how you managed to articulate your story so well .
For me, writing is an ordeal that i habve to push myself into.

as to writing the book - it is my first and you are right it was the hardest and most intense effort i have made -becuase writing it was part of my recovery. It was a real roller coaster ride and well worth the effort. I wasn't sure i was going to publish but the feed back was positive so i thought writing and publishing it would helpful to others. It is long and intense but so is recovery. It is really amazing how different i feel and see things these days. My abuse is more like a bad dream now rather then oppresive burden it had been for so long. i hope my story gives you and others a little hope and encouragement.
