wow, your family certainly doesn't 'get it' do they. I hear you on the T stuff. It gets pretty intense. Hoping you are doing a little better in the am.

I hope you slept well. I can't imagine having to change my therapist. A year ago my husband wanted to move to another country and I objected because it would have meant starting over with another therapist. he didn't get it either. People who haven't been in therapy don't.

Look after yourself. Be kind to yoursself.

I hope you don't give up. I can understand why you're so upset. I had a therapist for a very long time, and he was everything to me. He died last year, and I've been OK about that.(not at first) But if he'd have died or finished up years earlier, i'd have been devastated. My family was non existent, he was my family. He loved me more than they ever did. My thoughts are with you, hope you get through the grief allright.

I know hard it is to change therapists. I'm seeing my fifth one.

I've cried so much when the relationship with my ex-doc ended cause he retired.
I'm still angry and cry i feel totally betrayed.
Like he should still talk to me after he retired how could he just ended it and never talk to me?!! its been very,very though.

I totally understand.

He was the only person in this world that knew me.Noone else does really.And he was the ONLY person i could talk to.The only one.
