I feel miserable right now, but even though the urges are to self harm I'm trying to do something soothing for myself. I just made myself a cup of chocolate mint coffee and am sitting in front of the fireplace. I'm feeling lonely, a lot of shame and self hate and fear of the future, also a lot of hopelessness . I hate to be so negative on Christmas.

Be kind to yourself....Christmas in very hard for me too....I mean i'm not going to even go ate hoe cruel my family is...Unbeliebavle that there are people like them walking the streets..and are never going to "pay" somehow....

Stay strong i'm alone too....Gonna go for a jogg in the nice empty streets and then to work like just another day...

Thanks, I'm going to have some lunch and do some housework. The place I work is closed this week, but maybe I can work on one of my hobbies.

Holidays suck. The only way I get through them is with the support of my best friend. I recommend keeping busy and living in the present.

Hugs Ioum. You're a fantastic person. Keep looking after yourself - doing things for yourself and not hurting yourself.

I find Christmas really really hard too.
