I don't know where to begin. Since I was in the hospital the last time things have gone from bad to worse. My anemia has gotten very bad and I have to go to the hospital every month for transfusions which take about 9 and 1/2 hours. An indicator showed up in my blood test that I may have blood cancer and another test showed that I'm bleeding internally. I have to go for a colonescopy tomorrow and a bone marrow biopsy next week.
That's along with everything else that's wrong. To top it all off my daughter in law's brother dropped my wheelchair off the back of the truck Friday night and the controller was smashed. I don't know what else is wrong with it, but it's not worth getting repaired. It's really hard without my wheelchair.

((HUGS)) Sometimes I am just overwhelmed by how much is being pelted at one person, and haven't a clue what to say to make things better. This is one of those times.

As for your wheel chair, check with your local independent living center or similar organizations. Many have volunteers and may be able to fix it for free, or at a reduced cost. Here's two links with various organizations that hopefully you find one where you are that can help.
