You will not be forced to keep quiet here, you can say anything you want to. You are stronger than they are and they have no power over you. you deserve to be protected. I wish you the best, you deserve nothing less.

I have found if I say things out loud, they don't hold as much power over me...holding things in only hurt me and made things worse.
I can remember yrs. ago, if I said things out loud, it made it too real for me; but later I realized it was real and I had to walk/talk/speak thru it. Wish I would have had a "safe" place like this...You are safe here to share! Hugszzz
