My evil uncle lives only 5 minutes away from me... Every second I live in fear of him. He is a pedophile and I have fallen victim to him ever since he met me. He never should have met me! He goes to the same church now to and every time I go he stalks me and grabs me and pulls me. He sometimes leaves bruises on my wrists or he backs me into a corner. He tells me horrible things... I yell at him but he laughs at me. He constantly checks me out or tries to grab me in inappropriate places. I'm scared he'll rape me again.... I'm so so scared.... I don't want to go through it again. I don't know if I could take it. I don't want to live through this again! Please, please. I can't do this. I don't think I'll make it...

Something else? first go to the police, then with the police report in hand, ask for a volunteer church person (preferably a large and scary-looking guy) to escort you while in church, as well as to and from your transportation. Not that you expect the person to defend you, so much as the person needs to be a witness if your creepazoid uncle tries anything further.
And is the the same freak who tried to r*pe you? and got sent to jail?
I don't know if you can legally use that to support a restraining order, but I'd mention it to the police.

If you catch him on tape,along with your bruises, then when you report him at least you won't have to put up with the BS from people who really do believe you but don't want what's happening to get out, so would try to downplay this creep's abuse.
Surround yourself with as many supportive people as you can.When you go places where you know he will be try to have someone else with you all the time.Consider an order of protection.I agree with the poster who said "Don't keep living like this."
