So i am now on meds and see a psychologist but none of that changes the fact that he will be here in less that 2 months and as each day goes by my anxiety gets worst...I don't know what to do and i'm starting to freak out and lose it again... Its like i take two steps forward only to take 5 steps back...
You are starting to change your situation but it will take time. Are you discussing this with your therapist? She can not change what he does, but she can help you to deal with it in a way that is better for you.
I'm sorry I can't remember your situation exactly, but Is there a way you can avoid seeing him when he comes?
