Wow, you do have a full plate. I usually try to deal with one thing at a time, but sounds like you have so many health issues, that may be impossible to do. I encourage to work on your health issues and attempt to keep them all under control as much as possible. We do seem to have multiple issues at one time. ...I doubt that peppermint oil capsules would hurt anything, unless you're allergic, and they might help lower the inflammation.
Also some ginger (raw if you can stand to eat it raw) and fennel (in your food) might help...clear all that with a doctor first, though.

I hesitate to ask what anti-anxiety meds you're on, since this whole cascade of nastiness was started by the insurance agency's customer disservice...
I'm wondering if upping whatever it is that lowers anxiety for you would help?

seriously though i am sorry to see you are burdened with another diagnosis. I have had a collection and although nothing to equate your situation still enough to overwhelm me.

for what it is worth, 5 htp has helped me tremendously, as has vitamin b complex and L-theanine (for anxiety). all over the counter supplements.

Thanks, I have Ativan for anxiety, but I don't like to take it too often since you can build up a tolerance for it. The prescriptions are supposed to be straightened out I will see tomorrow when I pick some up. The doctors are supposed to be straightened out, I will see if I get a bill for the hospital. I also have 4 doctor appointments commingle up. The only one they say can't be straightened out is my pdoc. I pay my therapist cash. I take 34 pills a day now counting vitamins and supplements plus 1 injection. This Gastritis is very painfully.
