Hi. Im really struggling at the minute. Feel so low and alone. Its really hard to keep going. The pain is unbearable.
You are not alone.
yesterday, I thought I had reached total despair too.
Everything looked bleak again after some terrible blow.
I went out for a long walk, tried to change my mind, had a long shower , made myself a nice cup of tea with a biscuit.,watched something stupid onTV.The temptation to roll up in bed was great, but I knew it would be more difficult to get up again.
Today, I lit a candle and went for a moment of meditation.
Things do change.Hold on.
Everytime it has been totally black for me I have thought it would never end, that the rest of my life would be this bad, but everytime it did eventually pass and when I came through I was in a better place than I had been before going into the blackness.
Do something nice for yourself, however small. It's OK to look after yourself, it's OK to do something for yourself that will help you to survive the blackness.
This is not your fault. You do not deserve it.
