i found out several months ago that a young woman i am close to was abused at a young age by her uncle.
after a break up from a long term abusive relationship she changed but i knew there was more to it than just the break up. i could never figure out why she took so much abuse from her boyfriend. he degraded and hit her and all i could do was tell her that i would be there for her if she ever needed me.
after the break up i thought she would maybe start getting better, but she went downhill at a fast pace. then she told me about her uncle and it floored me and broke my heart.
she is getting help, but this foul man now lives with another man that has
3 young girls and that scares me for these young ones.
my friend is not wanting to press charges or say anything. she is very humiliated and scared of having to face her past in court. but to think he has access to these other young girls keeps me up nights. i fear for them.
when this uncle disappeared he only told people he moved to another state with his friend and the friends young daughters.
i know i can not push my young friend right now. her uncle can not be mentioned without her head dropping and her shutting down.
does anyone have any ideas? i only know the state this foul man moved to and I have tired to find him in every way possible.

You really do need an address on him.
but a good one is the electoral register if you have one in youre area/country thats available it will show others who lives at the property or who are registered as living there,
