It's around the time I was to have my baby... I keep having terrible pains and they get so bad I throw up. Can't eat, can't sleep. This always happens around this time... But the pain is even worse this year. It's hurts so much I can't even walk. I keep breaking out in tears. This is killing me...

I am so sorry. There is something so frightening about having your body react to something that isn't happening in the present. Sometimes if I give into the feelings and let them have their say, they lighten up. Sometimes they don't. I wish you strength and courage as you go through this terrible time. Chris 1976 is right - we are here for you.

Have you done anything to remember and grieve for your baby? He's asking for your time and attention, talk to him.

Sometimes this is easier if you have a spot to go to that you can associate with him. If there isn't one you could go to somewhere you'd have liked to take him, or plant a bush or a tree in his memory.
