I'm in way too much physical and emotional pain. I don't want to kill myself, but I think I need to.

Yes it will pass, try and distract yourself with a good movie, book or game. Anything to put your mind in a different place. This helps me during those moments, Hang in there, tomorrows another day.

I don't know what to say. Would you like to talk more about why today is so tuff? If not, I agree with buffalo that distraction will work.

I like your symbol. It looks to me like clover and that is a wonderful smell memory. I would miss it.

Lou. When I first came on ds a year ago you were there. You supportive of my while I struggled to find my voice and helped me feel better through that bout of depression. When I logged back in looking for help and comfort I smiled and exhaled when I saw your name. Depression lies and the pain lessens. You are needed an appreciated.
