I'm so sorry you're feeling this way! :( I, too, go through "isolation mode," (as I like to call it) when I'm falling into a depression. It's a really painful place to go in to, but we all do at some point or another. Just try and muster up enough strength and energy to do something that makes you happy, even if just for five or ten minutes. It's okay to hurt and to feeling depressed, but don't allow yourself to sit in it too long, because that's when all those horrible depressive thoughts sink in quite a bit. You'll get through this. Don't ever forget we're here and always will be. It's okay to take time to yourself if that's what you need, just try and take care of yourself. Do some nice things for yourself.

I am glad you were brave enough to reach out here and write about it. That is a great step towards healing. You can come out of this-you have done it before. It feels so hard sometimes, but you are not alone. Lots of people care-including me. Be gentle with yourself. ((hug)))

Thanks, I expect to get through it. It's just painful. I've been in worse depression than this, it takes time and I want to get through it instqntly lol.

Depression, its a hard one. I use to think locking myself up and away from others was safe for me and them (the people I love) but thats so far from truth. I can relate to the pain -- but I am so thankful you came on line and reached out! That is awesome :)
its been 3 weeks now, since i've packed my husbands bags as he wanted to leave me. And I have fough hard not to allow depression, isolation or any kind of spiraling down to come at me. and its been hard!
I try to get at least an hour of walking in a day or I go to the coffee shop even alone and sit and enjoy a cup! Or I go to the park an people watch - let myself dream - It helps
