I had used - tri-mix and it was fantastic at the time, eventually the drug plan I was on stopped covering it then I had to pay and that was too much, then I down sized to bi-mix and had the same results. Then the drug plan stopped covering it too. I was able to pay for it for a while but then I developed scar tissue in and using the injection around my penis and scrotum. There is no way to get rid of that. Although the doctor said it would go away and never has. So after that tragedy I had to go with the implant if I wanted to continue getting erections. That was covered by my provincial drug plan. Other than that I would not of been able to get an erection the rest of my life. Good luck but after using the injection for so start looking for bumps, that would be scar tissue.

After going in about five times for Trimix injections, I finally got up to a 0.4ml dose: [prostaglandin (PGE1) 10mcg/ml; papaverine 30mg/ml; phentolamine 1mg/ml], with less than a 40% erection, so I was going to try the maximum dose of 0.5ml, but my doctor wanted to try the Trimix (0.2ml) in conjunction with Levitra (20mg), and it worked! I finally got a 70% erection. My only concern now, is whether I can get the drug combination in the Philippines, where I am going to go to marry my fiancee there. I just hope that the drugs are available there in the Phil.- if not, I don't know what I'll do.

I found out that Trimix is not available in the Philippines, neither is Caverject. I guess it's not needed, since the average life expectancy for males is only in the sixties. I don't know how to break the news to my Philippine fiancee. She is only 30 years old, and I'm 59. I told her about my E.D., and she said that the sex was not that important, but I think that she was just trying to keep me from feeling bad. I don't know what I'll do if I can't function sexually- I want to be able to feel like a man again. It is really kind of devastating emotionally. I want to be able to please my girl. I guess I'll just have to bring her to the U.S. for sex.

Just had my 1st injection of trimix yesterday at the urologist office yesterday at 2pm. WOW... went home and had the best sex ever with the wife. Only issue was getting my erection to go away and I started to panic after 3 and a half hours. I ended up taking 4 Sudafed and putting a bag of ice on it and it was gone by 7pm 5 hours after getting injected.
