So basically ever since i lost my virginity at 19 I have had impotency issues. I can achieve erection but i cant cum. I can make myself cum if i squeeze my legs real tight while masturbating. But I cant do it while having sex. Will just have to give up or go limp first. I started doing drugs in my early twenties (meth) and when I met the woman I later married i stopped having the problem as long as i was on drugs. After a couple years of this the drugs took a psychological toll and stopped working. Since then Ive been divorced and quit using. I still cant perform and still cant climax unless I do it myself, and even then its a chore. Ive seen 3 different urologists. They checked testosterone levels stuck their fingers up my butt and told me it was a Mental Issue. Now that Im 30 I would have thought the issues would have gone away but theyre just the same. I would consider Sex Therapy but I honestly dont think it would help. Only thing I know to do is pop some Viagra and just date casually.

@country85 I understand how you feel. I only began dealing with ED about 5 years ago. It can be devastating to ones psyche. I've done the same things you have, doctors, urologist, meds, T-shots, ultrasound "that needle hurts like hell". All that only to be told I don't know why you have ED. I tried all three of the major ED meds no help. The good thing for me is after sex with my wife I have to wait 2-3 weeks then I am good to go. The only sad part is that I don't get the full erection but enough to satisfy my wife. I would try the sex therapist. The way our system works bro is amazing and once you understand it you can begin to find out if it is psychological or physical.
One other thing there are women out there for you, you have to find them.
