Frustration

I have been suffering from Ed for a couple of years. Pills, then shots. I am at a point where it just isn't happening anymore. My wife is very supportive but I feel bad about it. My sex drive us there but nothing happens. I feel my wife is tired of me " trying" and then gets disappointed. Just venting I guess but posting in hopes of getting g support

I feel your frustration and anguish. I too have the same issue and it appears the only answer is to get an implant. I went to seminar by a Urologist last year who specializes in ED causes and remedies and the outlook was very dim and disturbing because there is no cure and the methods for dealing with ED is limited and in most cases don't work. He explained it very clearly and his suggestion was to consider a penile implant if all else fails. I am 64 and I'm seriously considering getting an implant when I hit 65. It's cheaper through medicare. I do get erections on occasions but I never know when they're going to happen even using Cialis.
My wife has no interest in our sexual relationship, she went as far as to say she doesn't care that I have ED. When I went to the seminar I had to go alone because my wife was not interested. I get there and there are men there with their wives, and girlfriends. The wives and girlfriends were asking more questions than the men because they truly interested in understanding ED and finding ways to improve their sex lives.
So I really understand. Our marriage is on a path to divorce if things don't change and not just because of the ED.
The more I read the more I come to the understanding that no one truly know the cause of ED. They just seem to blame it on anything.
