Hello all,

I'm 35, but I have been suffering from ED for many years. From a very young age I've been sexually active and I've had a few long term relationships where I've managed to hide my issues with the use of ED related drugs. I'm fearing now that I have over done them as the last couple of times I've tried them they just do not work for sustained erections.

It has taken an awful lot for me to admit and I think that this is perhaps a first step. Currently I'm in a relationship in which not having sex up until now has not been to much of an issue. Mainly because I'd blamed stomach problems, working to much or other health issues. My health isn't great at the moment with colesteral being very high and servere IBS, but I've gotten to the stage where I can no longer be blaming other health problems. I'm currently at a lose. Advice or help would be very much welcomed.

I prefer to go the natural route. I don't use pharmaceuticals. You might want to consider high purity oxygen. It works for many. I use a product called Big Ox O2 and I really like it. I've mentioned it on other posts. For me, it's amazing what this stuff can do if inhaled before sex.

Hi there. I think the first thing you have to do is to go see a doctor. You need to let yourself be diagnose with a prescribed meds. I understand that it takes a great deal to admit to yourself that there's really something wrong, and your initial inclination is to know 'how to cure' it by taking up ed meds. Some or should I say, most of them have side effects and its best to know these details first before you take them. Hey, sorry to hear about your problem bro. 35 is no age to go celibate. I lived with a strange sort of ED for years. I never got myself medically diagnosed though. But I just couldn't have sex.
