Most any music puts me in a better mood. Depends on the type of day I'm having. When I'm having an extremely hard day at work I crank up heavy metal hard core on my lunch break to push out all the negatives from the morning. When I'm visiting my partner, Mr K I turn up Neil Young bc that's one of his favorite artists.

    Does anyone here have a comfort item you carry with you when you go out? For example this is my doll, Annie, and I've recently been bringing her with me when I run errrands flor have an appointment. Holding her comforts me. I've bought her clothes, crocheted for her, I recently bought a personalized blanket with her name on it.  Just wondering if anyone else has a comfort item.
