I wish I could play the piano... I had a Casio keyboard when I was a kid and I taught myself how to play that but that's the extent of my musical instrument playing ability. When I was in elementary school they had all the kids in 4th grade write down three instruments they'd be interested in learning and then evaluated our hands and teeth - I kid not - to determine whether we might be capable of playing the instruments we were interested in. I wrote down 1. Cello, 2. Flute, 3. Clarinet. I was told my hands were too small and my front teeth were too big for me to learn flute or clarinet. I don't remember the excuse for why I didn't get picked for cello at least but basically it was a good thing I could sing at least because I didn't get picked for band or orchestra. At least my parents were relieved they didn't have to pay for an instrument or deal with listening to me practice either.

Hi Tes …. Your voice is an instrument . I used to sing as well , in all the chorus’s in schools as well as the Borough Wide Chorus too.

I used to sing in choir. Played clarinet in 7th grade and lots of percussion instruments over the years at various churches (no professional training). I WANT TO LEARN TO PLAY THE THEREMIN :)
