I had to cajole the doctor a little to get them, but they just called to say they phoned in a prescription for me and I get to pick them up in a little while! Any advice? Aren't certain kinds better taken at night or does it not matter?

I take mine in the morning, an hour before I eat or have coffee. Don't take with calcium, or iron. Usually you can wait 4 hrs then have them. Some people take it before bed too.

Oh I'm so glad you mentioned not to take it with Calcium. I would have messed that up for sure. Thanks!

PS No one tells you this, but its not at all unusual to feel a bit "jittery" the first few days after they kick in. It takes time to adjust so just remember to breathe and give it time.

Yes, you might wish to back off caffeine for a bit because indeed you may feel jittery. Also bear in mind that sadly many of us lose hair when we adjust doses, so it if happens it is expected, but it comes back!
I've found that taking daily 5,000 mcg biotin helps this issue.

Thanks for the tip! I have yet to find anything that helps with the hair loss...I HATE that. I'll try the biotin.

Biotin - awesome tip, thanks! So far no jitters, but I am on a beta blocker so that might be helping.
