Just curious, what are your labs when you feel the best?

My new more enlightened endo told me that my FT3 should be in the 3.5 range or above I am aiming at that.. Thanks CD

My last test showed Ft4 at 1.5 top of the range don't remember bottom was 1.8. My Total T3 was at the very bottom and had high anxiety really bad. I think it was because of taking too much iron.

I was having a really hard time storing iron after my big bloodloss last July and being hypothyroid you cannot store it.

My stubborn headed nurse practitioner would not raise it to 100 only 88mcgs. So I had to again doctor myself by adding my own euthyrox on top of the 88 she so selfishly let me have.LOl

So guess what am doing great with and no signs of anemia. My Ft4 is probably 1.8 and I feel great.

I think my T3 has gone up as well but will find out after my bloodtests in a few days.
