Based upon the ranges you shared, I think that's a "plain" T4 test which isn't too helpful since it measures hormone that's bound to proteins and not usable by the body.
I suspect you wanted to type more for the Thyroglobulin antibodies and the site probably cut your post off because you might have typed a less than or greater than sign - that's a forum bug so you'll need to spell out those special symbols.

The tests you need to monitor how well you're doing is a Free T3 and Free T4 test. There's no reason your doc can't order it, and if he/she won't - you can order it yourself from labcorp.
The thyroglobulin test alone measures the output of a protein made only by the thyroid gland. Doctors who have removed an entire thyroid gland will often run this test before and after surgery to detect whether or not there is any remaining thyroid tissue. Which strikes me as odd since...if I remember correctly - you only had half your thyroid removed, correct?
