Since Levoxyl (T4) has a long half life (that is, it remains in the body greater than 24 hrs), it can be split up as every other day. It's like my taking 62.5 mcgs every day. Just remember these words of the Late and Great Jimi Hendrix, "I'm not going to die when it comes time for you to die so let me live my life the way I want to".
Keep doing what your doing if it helps you. Good Luck and have a Happy and Healthy New Year.
