I saw my doctor today and he said the results of my adrenal saliva test showed that I have low cortisol in the morning and afternoon. He put me in 10mg Hydrocortisone in the am and 5mg @12 noon.
He also gave me 25mg Levothyroxine in addition to my 90mg Armour. I asked for a little more Armour and he was reluctant to give it to me but he added 15mg Armour to give me a total of 105mg. If I experience any hyper symptoms, I will eliminate the extra 15mg.
He raised my DHEA from 10mg to 20mg(he said that was low on the saliva test too).
I start this cocktail tomorrow am. You should have seen me wih the bag of pills walking out of the pharmacy. :) lol.

You may want to also check progesterone if you haven't already. Low levels, which is common in women over 30, can negatively effect thyroid. (I'm not sure how old you are)

Re weight gain, I was on DHEA, when my saliva test showed very low levels, I did not gain weight but lost weight.
