"I'm going to increase my armour by 15 mg today as I am feeling very hypo. "
I'll bet! To begin with...15 mg armour increase should be fine. It'll give you a bit of T4 and T3 and that's moving in the right direction. I suspect you'll need labs again in 4-6 weeks, then you may need another increase. But, first things first, right?
To answer your questions:
"What I am trying to say here is I think my results have been not accurate and I have been more hypo than I prevoiusly thought. What do you think?"
I think you're right.
"Also I have been taking a med at night called carafate that supposedly interferes with drug absorption but the docs tell me to wait 4 hours and I'm fine with that since I take thyroid meds in the morning. Any experience with that med? "
No, not with that med. But with another med...taking one at night and thyroid meds in the AM should be fine. I take a med that intereferes with almost every thing (lol) at night...and my thyroid meds in the AM, so you'll most likely absorb the meds just fine taking them as you are now.
I know you feel like death warmed over, but it will get better. You're doing this...you're moving toward optimal! You'll get there. Please keep us posted.
