I usually have my labs taken fist thing in the morning. My levels are upper range, and slightly over range. So if I haven't had meds for 24 hours, and I'm in the upper range, am I getting too much medication?

Some people do fine with slightly over range levels. Some do not.

That's where the symptoms journal comes into play. Are you feeling jerky/jittery/anxious/restless/sleepless? Or, are you feeling ok?

I feel a little breathless. Otherwise, great! I'm having blood drawn tomorrow so I'll see what those labs say.

Mine always runs a tad "high" meaning just over the top of the range. Not a great deal over...just a tad. My calcium is ok, as is my bone density scan, so I don't worry. I just take my calcium and watch my symptoms.

I had lab work done yesterday. I lowered my Levothyroxine from 88mcg to 75mcg and kept my Armour at 105mg. I don't even care what my labs say. My body is telling me I need less! I'll post the new results when I get them.
