Labrange 0.08 to 2.2 daughters is 1.14. To me that is low. Can you tell me where the T4 should be. She is 45 years old.
Did you mean the low range for the FT4 to be 0.80 and not 0.08?
Mid range for the lab reference range of the FT4 is 1.5. so ideally one would do best if the FT4 is higher than the 1.5 to do well.
Has the Free T3 been tested? It is another good test for hypOs as many times it can be low and hypO symptoms happens. If low, then meds may be needed to help raise the FT3.

Mid range for the T3 (not a Free T3 which is a better test that it is not affected by diet and hormones) is 128.5. We do our best with having the T3 at mid range to avoid symptoms.
