Sorry you're feeling poorly.
Here's your breakdown:
1/20
Free T4
Result: 0.820
Range: 1.770 -1.010
Percent of range: 20.00% (Quite low on the range)
Free T3
Result: 2.000
Range: 4.400 -3.400
Percent of range: 58.33% (Still kinda low on the range as -most- people feel well at ABOVE 60% of range)
So, since you're already on NDT, I wouldn't jump to Free T4 just yet. You may have to eventually, but for now, I'd bump up the NDT as you suggested as you have quite a bit of wiggle room on Free T3.
If you still feel like crap after the increase has time to kick in on T4 (about 4 weeks), then get more labs and come on back and we'll go from there.
Good luck!
