for weeks my stomach has been bloated and my appetite is not great but when i eat i feel uncomfortable. My stomach just feels uncomfortable I do have constipation but take mira lax about twice a week and that helps a lot for constipation but not for the feeling in stomach bloating not sharp pain uncomfortable does anyone else want to say anything Please help thanks

I went on a green vegan cleanse and then began to add foods back... I found some amazing information: I am allergic to blueberries, bananas, and quinoa. So much for "healthy" foods! I would really recommend doing this - I would never have known what was bothering me if I hadn't done it.

There are many programs to choose from. I did "Conscious Cleanse." You can a book on Amazon and there is also a blog.

So sorry to hear that Steve. My husband and I went on a similar diet to what Mariposa suggested, called the SCD diet, which cuts out almost all foods but a few basic ones, and then you add them back in slowly to identify what your system might be having a hard time with. More than that though it gives your digestive tract time to rest and heal. I felt AMAZING when doing it.

Have you tried a magnesium supplement? I take 2 tabs of Megafoods magnesium at night and it really helps.

I wouldn't think that "levothyroxine is the problem". There are RARE cases of people being allergic to certain fillers in different medications. Do you have food allergies? If so, it could be something like that, but it's never good to assume.

If you're like me...you're sick of being sick and of going to doctors, but in the case, I'd advise you to seek medical help.
