One of the most common causes of hypothyroidism is Hashimoto's. Your thyroid is constantly under attack from antibodies and an increase every six weeks or so isn't uncommon.
Lots of things can affect your thyroid: Stress, illness, dietary changes.
And, yes, YOU need an INCREASE.
Dawn gave you some good advice - find a doc that will give you an increase, but also ask the doc to check AT LEAST every 3 months, but preferably every six weeks.
Also, many people find the need for a dose adjustment when the weather gets cooler...
She did want to retest for antibodies. A year ago when I came to her I didn't have the level that indicates Hashimotos so I never gave up gluten. I guess I need to continue eating gluten for 4 more weeks until we redo testing or it will mess up testing?
