So I started feeling hyper a few days ago(unable to breathe when exercising, low grade My last labs were:
Free T4 1.97 (.82-1.77)
Free T3 4.9 (2.0-4.4)
My increase was from 75mcg Levo to 100mcg. I already take 105mg Armour.
I want to go back to 75mcg Levo. What am I going to feel like?

I just did the same thing 2 weeks ago with my levoxyl. I,m feeling really hypo now. Freezing all the time, wanting to sleep a lot, depressed, and weird head all the time with sinus pressure. I went to see dr. Condren but he would not raise meds at this time due to my previous symptoms. He is doing adrenal saliva test now. Is he pretty good about raising meds based on symptoms and not paying attention to the tsh? I am on 25 levoxyl was on 37.5 but was sick everyday and 105 armour. Do u have to pick your poison here? Hope u feel better. I can sympathize.

I wish he would have tested my adrenals before putting me on thyroid meds. It's good that he's testing you.
I was hoping that I won't have any hypo symptoms when I decrease. I'm sorry you have to go through it too.
I know your FT4 needed some major help last time and you can see what that extra 25mcg accomplished.
Perhaps you might consider going down to 88mcg T4 and holding there until labs.
Slow and steady wins the race......and helps prevent major yo-yo-ing.
If you are considering 88mcg in any way, there is a way to achieve that daily dose with the 75mcg and 100mcg tabs.
Take 1/2 of a 75mcg tab along with 1/2 of a 100mcg tab and your resulting dose will be 87.5mcg.
If you wind up with slightly "off" halves, I'd take a larger half with a smaller half one day.....the the corresponding other larger and smaller halves the next day.
