Your Free T3 is at 83% of range
Allergies can really make you feel like crap! And, that *could* be the issue here. But, to know for sure, go over your symptoms journal and see if the fatigue came with the allergies or if it was there on your current dosage before they flared.
You *do* have a little room to adjust. 15 armour *probably* won't overshoot the mark. I wouldn't go much higher than that AT THIS TIME.
Remember: Going over the 100% of range mark doesn't automatically mean you're hyper. We are not our lab values, afterall. They're merely and indicator of where we are in conjunction with our symptoms journals.
As for me (and I'm a bit of a strange bird), I don't feel well if my Free T4 is below 110%. I just don't. I have difficulty functioning. Do I recommend EVERYONE get up to that? No. Many people would feel hyper symptoms (jerking, feeling a tad *high* mentally, racing thoughts, inability to sleep, etc). But, if YOU feel you're still not at your optimal, try the 15.
I *have* overshot the mark, but that's how I found out where my optimal was. I would have preferred not to overshoot the mark, but once I did, it was easy enough to back down off my meds to the proper "optimal" dosage for ME.
Good luck, and keep us posted!
