Hypothyroidism Support Group
Hypothyroidism is the disease state caused by insufficient production of thyrohormone by the thyroid gland. There are several distinct causes for chronic hypothyroidism, the most common being Hashimoto's thyroiditis and hypothyroidism following radioiodine therapy for hyperthyroidism. Advanced hypothyroidism may cause severe complications, the most serious one of which is...
Hope you feel better soon!
All that being said, there are other reasons for the palpitations - blood pressure issues, for example.
If it happens again, you might want to visit your doctor.
Beta blockers helped me A LOT with my irregular heart rate. Totally calms it down and makes it beat normally, and cuts out a lot of the anxiety.

So - the thyroid is a tricky thing because the exact amount of hormones that YOUR body needs is very delicate. There is a range that your Free T3 and Free T4 will fall into, that would look something like this:
Free T3 1.2 (0.8 - 1.7)
Free T4 0.9 (0.7 - 1.4)
Most doctors just want to see that your results are falling somewhere within that range. However just because you're within the range doesn't mean that you're ok. The vast majority of people need their results to land in the upper third to upper quarter of the range in order to feel well again. As most people on this forum will tell you, you're going to have go get involved in your thyroid care if you want to be well again. You can't just trust that the doctors are managing it properly. That means get copies of all lab work, make sure they're running the appropriate tests, and see for yourself how well you're improving.
What you really need is to have your Free T3 and Free T4 tested. Those are the ones that will really tell you how your thyroid is doing. I don't see them in the results you posted, and I don't know much about those other tests, so I can't really say where you're at. Next time you go in for lab work ask to have those Frees tested as well and share your results with us and we can advise you!
In the meantime if your heart continues to bother you, you could ask to try a beta blocker. Have you been looked at by a cardiologist just to rule things out?
The holter was negative, my palps are benign..I was told to pop a beta blocker as needed when I can't stands no more ;) I also have an anxiety problem that goes back decades, now I think it was all due to my poor malfunctioning thyroid, oh hashi's fun.. :(
