I bought a new set of scales a few months back because i thought mine were broken. I can weigh today and be up or down from 1 to 5 lbs and this is every few days. So I thought great, $40 dollars for a set of scales and they are crap to. My son who has Graves and weighs on the same scales does the same thing. We have both had RAI. My husband always weighs the same thing. This is very frustrating sinceIi want to lose weight. Does anyone else here do that or am I just nuts. I try to weigh the same time of the morning and same in my birthday suit suit. know that is not it. ( I just gave you a pretty picture in your head didn"t I )....LOL. All jokes aside this is a problem for me.

I was just talking to my husband about this....I weighed one thing last night when i went to bed and weighed 7 pounds more when i woke up this morning..Im already severely overweight and continue to gain and gain and gain weight..especially around my midsection..I have pvc's and pac's and the weight gain sure isnt helping with them...i have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism by a practitioner but like most of you have yet to see a specialist..thank God i will be seeing one a week from next Monday!! I hope that they can help me! I worry every day that this constant weight gain is going to kill me...I also have high blood pressure, high cholesterol and anxiety and panic disorder..im just one big mess that needs a lot of help and support!!

I have never had a schedule to weigh myself. It's kind of funny really, because I attempt to guess before I get on and come very close. I will have to say that since I have been hypo I can vary 4-7lbs from one day to the next. No reason...that I can explain, but know that much is water weight.
Don't be concerned, you are probably as normal as "we" get!

I weighed 2 lbs less at the endo's visit yesterday.. I weigh very little anyway.. 100lbs on a good day..yesterday 2 less..he was very upset..
I am eating the same..must be Armour..I started it last month.. My TSH was high 9.5 up from 2.5 last month..so go figure?
