Yes Happy New Year Everyone. I haven't made any resolutions yet --- I'm not sure I'm going to -- I never carry through on them anyway.

I am also glad I have found this group. I am trying to change eating/lifestyle. It is hard to kick the bad eating habits. I am doing ok, but want to do better. I am trying to cut out sugars very hard to do. I am trying this one because I am pg and my first daughter had GRE. Plus I am trying to regain energy levels. It has been helping. Happy new year to you as well.

Going to do similar things as Barbell and others mentioned. Continue working with researching for my health, help others at DS in any way that I can, put faith and trust in God, etc.

No New Year resolutions, just put one foot in front of other, one thing at a time, one step at a time. I accomplish a lot more this way than any resolutions any way.

Going to fight the system for medical insurance hehe. Also going to eat right, get in shape, and try to get healthy enough for a job!
