Hi,

Here are some of my latest results. I lowered my Levo to 75mcg, but now I think I should lower the Armour by 15mg and add 105 Levo?? Any suggestions?

I guess my question is why do you think you need to do that? Are you having some symptoms? If so, what kind? Are you trying to get your T4 up?

You have "wiggle room" on each Free level depending on symptoms:
Free T4 0.820 -1.770 1.510 72.63%
Free T3 2.000 -4.400 4.200 91.67%

Your levels changed very little between labs (as you can see), so when did you lower your levo?

I lowered my Levo right after I had my labs on Thurs. My heart rate was getting pretty high during workouts and I was feeling generally breathless. I've also felt breathless when my levels weren't high enough.

One more thing- I have the A1298C MTHFR gene mutation and have been taking folate since 4/1/15. Could this be why I'm feeling more of my medicine?

Your labs show a "down-tick" not an "up-tick". I don't need to know, but you might check your symptom journal to see when your symptoms began (heart racing, etc) to see if it coincided with previous labs or just these. That should tell you something, but we're not talking about a huge difference here in lab results.

And, be aware that you don't want to lower it too quickly as it might be a temporary thing - and your journal should tell you what you need to know.

I figured that I'm taking a total of 154.5mcg of T4 and 15.75mg T3. Maybe it would be easier to take Levo and Cytomel?
