Most people...keyword:most - feel well around 60-100% of range for Free T4 and over 50% of range for Free T3. But, everyone is NOT the same. That being said, here's your breakdown:
Free T4
Range:0.800 -1.800
Result: 1.200
Percent of range: 40.00%
Where most people feel well: 1.55-1.80
Free T3
Range: 2.300 -4.200
Result:2.700
Percent of range: 21.05%
Where most people feel well: 3.73-3.82
If you still feel like dog-poop, I think you could safely move up to 150 without much of a shock to the system - as often happen with titration.

if your Dr doesnt want to listen to how you feel, then i suggest you explain to him you need to be optimised by how you feel not by numbers, but if he wants to play the numbers game, your FT3 is only marginally normal and you want to feel more energetic.
is this a long term Dr, you can always get second, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 28th opinions like I have over the years (mostly due to moving a lot lol)
