Hi. Here are my latest lab results:

2/26/14
105mg Armour
37.5mcg Levothyroxine

TSH less than .005 (.4-4.5)
Free T4 1.44 (.82-1.77)
Free T3 4.4 (2.0-4.4)
Total T4 7.4 (4.5-12)
Total T3 126 (71-180)

So I'm @65% of optimal of T4 and 100% of optimal of T3.

Problem is, I still have symptoms. I'd like to add a little more T4. What do you think?

I also had some other tests done and my Bun/Creatine ratio is high. I'm worried about that. Does anyone have any idea what this means?

Since you still have symptoms and your FreeT4 level could be higher, it makes sense to ask the doctor for a little more T4. (you SO get this :)

I suspect your Bun/Creatine ratio was a little over the high end of the range - right? If your fluid intake was a bit compromised by the time your blood was drawn, this could very well skew the ratio high. An overly elevated level would indicate dehydration.

Hey - did you start P90X3 yet? Ironically, I was hoping Tony Horton would create a new series but, I must have checked online before P90X3 was announced.

After you mentioned getting P90X3, I immediately ordered it :) I am just starting week 2 and LOVING the workouts! They're the usual challenging but I don't feel like I just came back from war when they're over lol I can already feel things "tightening". I'd love to hear what you think.

Omg! I'm having the best time with the P90x3 workouts. I has to buy the pull-up assist, and I can do 10-12 assisted pull-ups! I love the yoga workout too. It really does help to relax me.

I hope you can get complete elimination of symptoms with an addition of T4..
